Enrolment and Payment of Tuition Fees

• Parents should complete and sign the enrolment form and submit it to us together with the tuition fees.
• Tuition fees are charged on a monthly basis, payable before the first day of each month in which your child is attending classes.
• Cash and cheque(s) will be accepted. Post-dated cheque(s), EPS and credit cards will not be accepted.
• Please make cheque(s) payable to "WIZKIDZ LIMITED" and write the student's name on the back of the cheque(s).
• Applicants will receive notification of admission at least 3 days before course commencement.
• Tuition fees are subject to revision without prior notice.

Refunds

• No refund will be made for classes already paid for unless application for enrolment is not accepted or the course applied for is cancelled.

Make-Up Classes

• We must be informed one day in advance of classes to be missed so that we can schedule make-up classes.
• Every student is entitled to a maximum of one make-up class every two months.
• Classes missed without proper notice will not be made-up later.
• Make-up classes must be taken within one month from the absent date and cannot be carried over to the next month.
• If our available dates for make-up classes do not match your children's availability, we regret that we cannot arrange a replacement class or refund.
• We cannot reschedule a missed make-up class.
• Make-up classes cannot be accumulated to offset the tuition fees for the following month.

Public Holidays

• My Beam Learning Centre is closed on all public holidays.

Enforced Closures

• We do not hold classes when the warnings for Black Rainstorm or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher have been raised. We regret that we cannot arrange make-up classes for these enforced closures.
• If classes are cancelled in accordance with Education Bureau's (EDB) guidelines or announcement, no refund or make-up classes will be arranged.

Food and Beverages

• Children are not permitted to eat or drink in class.

Students' Work

• We reserve the right to dispose of or use any students' work that is not collected within one month from the last class attended.

Suggestions for Safety

• Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the safety of their children before and after the classes.
  In case of serious accidents where immediate medical care is required but parents or guardians cannot be contacted for immediate instruction, we will call an ambulance and send the student(s) concerned to hospital.

Photos and Other Media

• Photography or video recording is not permitted in our centre without permission from My Beam Learning Centre.
• My Beam Learning Centre may take photos, sound recordings and videos from time to time for the purpose of promotion to our students and parents or the public at large. My Beam Learning Centre retains the right and sole discretion to publish the name and likeness (photos/images, etc) of any course or activity participants. Please notify our centre in writing if you do not want your child to be included in the photos, sound recordings or videos.

Leaving My Beam Learning Centre / Cancelling Classes

• We require 14 days' written notice prior to the date your child is leaving.

Other Rules and Regulations

• Our staff have the right to ask any person to leave the premises.
• The provision of courses is subject to the sole discretion of My Beam Learning Centre. My Beam Learning Centre reserves the right to :
  1. cancel courses if the number of application falls below the required minimum;
  2. change the time, date, venue, and teacher of course should this be necessary; and
  3. change the class size of courses.
• All participants enroled in activities at My Beam Learning Centre do so at their own risk and the company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to students or their guests as a result of participating in these activities.
• My Beam Learning Centre reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
